Asphalt Laying Procedure
Subgrade Improvement
Works We prepare and compact the native soil, ensuring a stable and uniform foundation before adding any road layers.
Subbase Layer
An insulating layer of crushed aggregate is placed over the subgrade to provide structural strength and improve drainage.
Roadbase Layer
This is the primary load-bearing layer, using high-quality aggregates designed to distribute traffic loads and prevent pavement deformation.
Concrete Pumps
Our modern fleet of mobile and stationary pumps allows us to deliver concrete precisely where you need it, even at extreme heights or distances
Road Oil Spraying
We apply a prime coat (road oil) to bind the roadbase, seal it from water, and promote adhesion for the first asphalt layer.
Asphalt Base Course Paving
The first layer of hot mix asphalt is paved, providing the main structural strength for the pavement's flexible design.
Track Coat
A light application of asphalt emulsion (tack coat) is sprayed to ensure a strong, permanent bond between pavement layers.
Asphalt Wearing Course Paving
The final, smooth top layer of asphalt is paved, designed to handle direct traffic and resist all weather conditions.
Finished Surface
The newly paved surface is compacted and finished, ensuring it meets all required smoothness, density, and quality standards.

GW20
TM-5 (20mm Gabbro): All-weather wearing course for high-stress highways and runways.
GL10 & GB28
10mm & 28mm gabbro light surface course specially designed as surface layer for tennis courts.
BRM 14
High-quality 14mm Gabbro with modified binder for durable, rut-resistant pavement.
Super Pave
Superior asphalt mix with performance binder; resists permanent deformation on highways.
Red Asphalt
Protection Layer for bridge deck. Specially designed with polymer modified binder and red pigments.
Bituminous Macadam (BM)
BM is open-graded mixture with gabbro aggregates suitable for base course.
Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA)
SMA: Gap-graded, polymer-modified mix resists deformation under heavy traffic.
Semi Dense Bituminous carpet (SDBC)
SDBC is an open-graded mixture grabbro aggregates suitable for surface course.
